All
rates are subject to a 7.5% sales tax.
- Three night minimum stay.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards as well
as personal checks and cash.
- A deposit equal to one third of the total fee is required to
guarantee a reservation. Deposits can be made by credit card
or check.
- Balance due 60 days before check-in date.
- Call or E-mail for Availability.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made
60 or more days prior to check-in date will recieve a full refund
less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days
prior to check-in will recieve a refund based on rerental of the
vacation home.
